- Who do I contact if a part is missing or damaged?

Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- How often should I clean the unit?
- The heat sink should be checked and cleaned yearly.
- How often should I check the electrical connections?
- Semiannually, ensuring all AC, DC, and communication cables are secure and undamaged.
- What do the LED indicators mean?
- There are 6 LEDs (PV, BAT, GRID, BACKUP, COM, ALARM) showing status — solid, blinking, or off indicates normal, warning, or fault conditions.
- What should I do if I see a fault code on the app?
- Check the specific troubleshooting guidance for that code in the manual, or contact customer service if it persists.
- How long should I wait before touching the unit after powering it off?
- At least 10 minutes, due to residual voltage and heat.
- What if the battery shows "under voltage" or "over voltage"?
